At Little Petal we are committed to providing parents with the necessary tools to ensure their child's emotional and physical wellbeing. The Circle of Security-Parenting TM program is designed to teach caregivers how to develop and maintain secure and nurturing relationships with their children. This  program helps parents develop a greater understanding of their child's needs and builds stronger parent-child relationships.

Circle of Security Parenting ™

Circle of Security-Parenting TM

(Cos-P) is an internationally recognised program that teaches adults how to identity opportunities to build secure attachments with children, and how to appropriately respond to the needs of the child.

Participant's will explore their own childhood attachment styles by completing reflection tasks throughout the program in a safe, confidential and therapeutic learning environment.

Pricing 

The cost for groups is $45 per session, per person (total $360) for the full 8-week course. Payment is required at time of registration and is non-refundable once the course has commenced.

Session fees for individual and catch-up sessions vary and can be discussed directly with Sarah.

Who is this for?

  1. Parents, caregivers, and adults who want to:

  2. Build better communication skills with their child.

  3. Understand the different ages and stages of emotional development.

  4. Raise independent, self-motivated children, that are able to set personal boundaries for their own safety and security.

  5. Support children to build positive self-esteem for healthy social development.

  6. Help better manage their child's dysregulated emotions.

  7. ​Better identify and read their child's cues.

Course Delivery

  1. The program is delivered over 8 weeks, with each session running for approximately 1.5 hours. Participants are required to attend all 8 sessions to receive a certificate of completion. A "catch-up session may be arranged due to non-attendance under exceptional reasons, dependent on the facilitator's availability.
