Little Petal CC will provide a high-quality education and care service that operates in accordance with state and national legal requirements. We acknowledge that our leadership and management are responsible for ensuring the sustainability, longevity, and quality of service for individuals and families engaged with Little Petal CC.

Little Petal CC also understands its responsibility to maintain appropriate governance arrangements for the service that reflect the legal status and authority to hold a provider approval and service approval, and to effectively manage the service.

The opinions and needs of individuals, families, educators, staff, and community are considered wherever possible when making decisions pertaining to the operation of services delivered by Little Petal CC.

The purpose of this policy is to outline the process of cancellation of service with Little Petal CC, when the service is no longer required, or Little Petal CC deems it necessary to terminate a child’s enrolment (In-home child care service) or other service provisions.

This document outlines procedures that aim to minimise risk of harm to children and their families and Little Petal CC Educators, by maintaining a tobacco, alcohol and drugs free environment where Little Petal CC care is delivered.

Little Petal CC is committed to providing families and individuals the opportunity to engage in Little Petal CC services by aiming for a fair and reasonable fees structure. Little Petal CC ensures families and individuals engaged with our services are familiar with our fees at enrolment and intake and we provide at least 14 days' notice of any changes to the fee structure.
Little Petal CC fee structure is clear and transparent, and our systems and practices ensure that payments are processed correctly, and receipts and statements are provided to families and individuals, including a plan manager overseeing NDIS funding on behalf of the family.
